i love food. but i love fitting into my skinny jeans even more. this blog is about trying to keep things straight in my head, which isn't easy. |
Breakfast
- 2 poached eggs
- 3 cups of garden berry tea
Lunch
- 1 berocca drink
- 2 egg omlette (onion, green chilli, tomato, a small amount of cheese)
- handful of nuts
I decided to try and liven up the omlette today because I getting bored to death of it. I really did only add a small amount of cheese⦠to the point that it really wasnt even worth adding it. I couldnt taste it al all.
Tomorrow I might add some red jalapenos to the omlette that usually does a much better job of making it interesting.
I made some pesto last weekend and really liked throwing that in my eggs this week. Other things I find liven up my eggs is chopped basil, olives, sundried tomatoes (I buy the dried kind and soak them in water myself) and salsa (i find sugar free ones). Have f un!
