At crossfit we all have to start with a “bootcamp” to teach us technique and get us started before we graduate to the normal classes I do now.
This round of bootcamp was finishing today and after they did their last workout the trainer was like “Hey J - how much have you lost since going Paleo?” and used me as an example of what changing your diet and doing Crossfit can be.
Haha yeah!
6# in 6 weeks ain’t too shabby. And I am getting visibly more toned. And the belly is shrinking
The scale today - 128.8
I’d like to see 127.x next week, which means staying in control at tomorrow’s stagette and christmas party. i can have fun without drinking, so why waste the calories? would rather stay in control and continue to feel good about how far i’ve come and make progress. i do plan to have the pizza they’re serving tomorrow night - but not to pig out like i’ve never seen food before.
and i’ll crossfit both days of the weekend, and do a crossfit endurance workout one of the days as well.
